After-sales Terms


1 . After-sales service return process:

      We will do our best to keep the products delivered to customers in the best condition.

      If the product you received is defective or you want to return the order due to a single person, please follow the steps below:

     1) You can apply for a refund online before the status of your order has not been updated to have been shipped; no refund will be given after it has been shipped.

     2) If the product you received is defective or damaged due to transportation problems, please submit a return application, describe the problem in detail, and provide photos or videos of the defective product;

     3) After the return application is approved by the customer service, compensation will be paid based on the actual situation.

 

2 . XDeal platform disclaimer:

     1)The wrong address is caused by the customer filling in the wrong address information;

     2)Because the customer is unable to provide proof and is unwilling to return the product for inspection;

     3)Due to the customer's request for re-shipment, re-shipment, return, or refund is submitted after the deadline;

     4)Caused by force majeure and local government policies。

我们将尽最大努力,将运送给客户的产品处于最佳状态。

如果您收到的产品本身有缺陷或因分销商个人原因想退单,请按照如下步骤进行:

1)在您的订单状态未更新状态成已发货之前,均可以在线申请退款;已发货后不予退款。

2)如您收到的产品本身有缺陷或因运输问题导致产品损伤,请提交退货申请,并详细描述问题提供缺陷产品照片或视频;

3)退货申请得到客服同意后,将依据实际情况给予赔付。


二、XDeal平台免责声明:

因客户填写错误地址信息,导致发错的;

因客户提供不了证明证据,且不愿退货进行检验的;

因客户要求补寄、重寄或退货、退款是逾期提交的;

因不可抗力、当地政府政策导致的。
